Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your BAKO purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused and in its original condition;

• have no scratches, damage, deformation or other signs of wear;

• be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.

Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a return or refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order before sending any item back.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including cases where the item does not fit or you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your glasses for another model or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and return shipping costs for standard exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
